Alex is the leading man of this drama. He splits his time between the bar he works at the online music publication he started up with Vik and Shannon. His chivalrous nature often conflicts with his modern sensibilities when it comes to the ladies often leaving him too nice for his own good. His main hobby, when he has time for it, is "chillin like a villain."

 

Shannon is the proverbial indie-rock hell-cat. She likes her music and likes it loud. Her love of all things rock and punk led her to hook up resources with Alex and Viktor to start a online music publication. Shannon hates her job at a local coffee shop but just doesn't care enough to look for anything else.

 

Viktor is the ladies man of the group. Starting out as an engineer he makes up for his stable carrer by partying harder than the rest. His quest in life is to find true love and he figures the best way to do it is to love as many ladies as he can.

 

Becca works with Alex and Matt and is new to the city of Toronto. Becca has a biting wit and scathing humour but it is all in good nature. She moved to Toronto to pursue life as an actress but is finding it hard to leave her old life behind.

 

Trent is Alex's latest roommate. Trent is apparently willing to try anything at least once, as long as it is a lady doing the suggesting. So far the "problems" Alex and Trent have as roommates are too crazy to actually cause any tension or real problems.

 

Matt works at the bar too and went to school with Viktor but didn't complete the program after deciding it wasn't for him. He took some time off to decide what he will return to school for. For now he is just enjoying all that Toronto has to offer.
