| Ok so no comic today as i am sick and not really up to it. However I want to take a moment to recognize Ramon Perez. Ramon is another Torontonian who does the webcomic thing and has been for quite some time. and you can find his main comic below; butternut squash.
Recently Ramon has decided to embark on a side project called Kukuburi. I really enjoy it personally, so much so that I felt I needed to send a shout out and let you guys know about it. The plot has not been revealed very far but the current synopsis would be that a Scooter messenger named Nadia gets shifted into another dimension while delivering said packages. In this dimension everything seems to go from flying aquatic life to the spectacular "Brigade de Chapeau" and a mysterious skeletal villain. Currently the heroine is locked in a deadly game of battle-whale with her newly met adversary. The entire comic reads like one of the best dreams you could have and the art compliments it wonderfully with a blend of stylistic characters and flawless "scenery." The picture i put up is my representation of Rendo, the leader of "La Brigade De Chapeau." So go check it out you won't regeret it. -RJ |
